Duties / Roles / Activities: The Planning Team would meet initially to determine areas of interest and expertise. Afterwards functioning independently to complete tasks. Communicate as needed with the Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario Manager of Special Events.
Sample Tasks: Assist with logistics and event day set up, organize light refreshments, distribution of posters & event promotion, solicit items for a silent auction
