Volunteer type position is suitable for:

Duties / Roles / Activities: Oversee and manage and support all aspects of a designated area.
Sample Tasks: Each area has specific requirements but all supervisory positions entail the following:
(Assistant Team Leaders support the Team leader in all endeavors)
Current Team Lead openings: Beer Garden, Main Stage Artist Hospitality, Family Fun Zone, Workshops
Manage Volunteers in your Team
Identify volunteer roles, skill levels
Identify and highlight potential team leaders /assistant team leaders
Manage Volunteer Schedules/Shifts
Outline job activities
Meet and correspond with volunteers
Brief volunteers on their jobs covering all requirements
Ensure volunteer well-being
Work with Volunteer Coordinator to increase efficiencies, problem solve, enhance volunteer well-being, identify deficiencies and share feedback
