We are currently offering two different positions: community champions and community champion leads.

Volunteer type position is suitable for:

Duties / Roles / Activities: Community Champion roles/responsibilities:
-Spread the word in your circles and around your community to raise awareness about the walk
-Share social media posts and other advertising resources created by the marketing team
-Inform those in your community who are participating in the walk by providing updates, answering questions, and acting as a contact person for those who register
-Create new ways to spread the word about the event

In addition, community champion leads will have a leadership role among the volunteers and will keep them updated and motivated. They will also track what community champions have accomplished and their plans for getting their community involved.
