Duties / Roles / Activities: |
As a Culinary Workshop Assistant you will: Set up stations with utensils, cutting boards etc.. Prep food- ie washing veggies, removing skins or stems etc. Dishes Keeping stations clean and clear. Assisting attendees when needed. Keeping supplies ready for dishes. Eat what we have prepared! Clean up after the workshop- dishes, put away all food and supplies. Sweep floor. Sanitize tables. |
Sample Tasks: | Workshops are in the evenings, usually Thursday's and each workshop will focus on a different country and food. As an example, if we feature the country of Japan, we might be making Maki Rolls. |
