Volunteer type position is suitable for:
  • Youth
Duties / Roles / Activities: - Help staff set-up and clean-up space and area

- Assist staff in the implementation of programmed activities

- Assist and guide youth through recipes and tasks with direction

- Act as a role-model to our youth by modeling appropriate behaviour and maintaining a positive attitude

- Assist with monitoring child interaction and provide guidance to ensure the well-being of participants in consultation with the Program Leaders

- Assist in maintaining safety and cleanliness of the program environments
Sample Tasks: - Preparing ingredients and recipes
- Washing dishes and assisting staff to clean program area
- Engaging, redirecting, and guiding youth registered in the program
