| Duties / Roles / Activities: |
As a Visitor Services Volunteer you will: Welcome and orient visitors to exhibits, activities, facilities, and experiences. Process payments with the iPad for admission, gift shop purchases, memberships, etc. Answer the phone and direct messages to the appropriate staff. Inform visitors about upcoming programs, events, and exhibitions. Inform and direct visitors to local amenities. Record Visitor comments Scheduling requires a commitment of one day per week (between 2 and 4 hours long shifts). |
