What skills and experience you can gain from this role: -Create visually appealing components for all ASO communications materials which match with ASO branding guidelines -Use digital graphic design software to create graphic images and design layouts that communicate ASO messaging and achieve artistic or decorative effects -Collaborate with marketing and social media team to create social media posts, marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters -Collaborate with fundraising team to create visually appealing fundraising materials to attract donations -Engage different target audiences using different design approaches What we are looking for from you: -At least 1 year experience in graphic design -Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign -Experience in creating stop motion videos and animations -Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory -Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members -Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in designs -Time management skills to meet project deadlines -Education in Marketing or Graphic Design-related fields is preferred |
