| Duties / Roles / Activities: |
Board Directors prepare for and participate in 10 monthly board meetings with key activities of strategic planning, risk management, financial oversight and succession planning. In addition, Directors participate on one of our four committees: Finance & Administration, Fund Development, Grants, or Governance. Committees meet 4-8 times per year. The time commitment is approximately 15-20 hours a month, including committee time. DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS MAY 10, 2024. |
