| Duties / Roles / Activities: |
As a committee member, you will help: - Provide direction on our fund investment activities. - Establish new Deeds of Gift and Fund Agreements for donors. - Lead investment manager and auditor selection processes as required. - Lead completion of audited financial statements, CRA filing and regulatory reporting. - Advise Board of annual grant disbursement calculations. - Participate in committee meetings (approx. 4-8/year). - Involves about 5-10 hours per month of your time. |
