| Duties / Roles / Activities: |
The Board of Directors is responsible for governance of the organization. The Board helps set the strategic plan for the organization and ensures the success of the plan and organization. Hospice Dufferin board members assist in fundraising for the agency. The Board meets once a month, and then Board members will attend a committee meeting of their choosing once a month as well. Board members also have the option to assist with fundraising events (such as Hike for Hospice). |
