Volunteer type position is suitable for:
  • Adult (18 +)
Duties / Roles / Activities: Volunteers would run through a simple ten step exercise program with one of our clients each week. Exercise visits would usually take one hour allowing for a bit of a social visit as well.
Volunteers would complete a visiting log each month and submit to program coordinator.
Sample Tasks: Simple ten step exercise program. Training provided.
